Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping
- We offer flat rate shipping at $7.99 on all orders under $30. Orders over $50 shipping is free except maybe for larger items such as patio furniture. Items generally ship within 24-48 business hours from when your order payment is received. (Holidays and weekend orders will take longer). All Canadian orders are shipped via DHL Ground unless otherwise specified. See our shipping page for details on costs and options. (Note: we use and reuse boxes and eco packing materials from available sources whenever possible to reduce cardboard waste. Please do not be surprised if your delivered box reads “Bananas from South America”!).
- Delivery Surcharges
- Some larger items may cost more to ship. When this is the case, you will see the surcharge listed by the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the regular delivery charges listed above.
- International Shippments
- JoyfulHabitat.com ships to all Canadian provinces and the contiguous 48 U.S. states but not Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also JoyfulHabitat.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses or P/O boxes.
For Canadian orders and shipping with JoyfulHabitat.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within Canada. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in Canada. Please refer to Canadian Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules.
