- Items generally ship within 24-48 business hours from when your order is received. (Holidays and weekend orders will take longer). All Canadian orders are shipped via DHL Ground unless otherwise specified. See our shipping page for details on costs and options. (Note: we use and reuse boxes and eco packing materials from available sources whenever possible to reduce cardboard waste. Please do not be surprised if your delivered box reads “Bananas from South America”!). Read more...

When you purchase or order a product, we will ask you to provide contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, email addresses, and payment information such as credit card number and expiration date. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases. - JoyfulHabitat does its best to ensure your products arrive safely and correctly. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer you a merchandise refund or exchange. Please send returns within 30 days of receipt after obtaining return authorization. Simply call 1-877-569-6422 or e-mail us for your authorization and further instructions. PLEASE NOTE: returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items and special orders are non-refundable.
